Said she was Isabella Warner, from what sounded like ‘Power Right’ company. She said she was calling about my car accident ( I’ve NOT had a car accident! ). When I asked for clarification of her company, she hung up!

Said they were BT. Lots of background noise so I challenged with "sounds very noisy for BT". Said that I used to be a BT customer and they wanted to offer me deals to welcome me back. I asked when their records indicated I was a BT customer (they didn t know). They asked about my package. I told them Virgin TV/phone/internet and they kept upping my speed of internet. They said "You re on fibre optic then?" I confirmed I was happy with Virgin so the call ended.

They ask for your IBAN number, the name of your bank, your address and then they sent a fake email saying that they have transferred money to your account.
