This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. People pretending to be Talktalk to scam you to download teamviewer and then claim to clear crap out of your router to then offer you a refund of £200. They then ask you to go onto your own personal account to login to get refund. All looks nice and pucker but then they try really forcefully to get you to login. I just argued for ever and they hung up.

I'm registered with TPS so should not be getting these calls plus automated calls are banned under GDPR unless the householder has specifically agreed.
