He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. Constant calls from this number but when I answer there is no-one at the end of the line. Very annoying and unsolicited if this is for boiler sales.

Recorded message claiming we were the object of a law suit from HMRC. Asked to press 1 to return call. Obviously ignored it. NB: Selected "Unknown" for "Type of call / reason for calling" as none of the options matched the nature of the call.
