Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I told him I hadn t been involved in an accident, he said it must have been a family member (I live alone, but didn t tell him that), I repeated that he was wrong and asked who he thought had been in the accident. constantly ringing my daughters mobile, she answered one morning call and advised she is in the hospital, they rang every 20 minutes after that call until i got there at 5.30. i answer the phone and the woman kept telling me to stop talking when i was telling her the situation. once i told her i would take it further she hung up. 20 minutes later they rang again! absolute nuisance

Persistent daily calls at very inconvenient times

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. I have with another company but if I say that they go on to ask about who it?s with etc. Don?t know about trustworthiness or not because I?ve never heard of their company other than them calling me. I tell them I?m not interested and they still call. Now I just hang up. Keep calling me by a name I no longer go by that I?m a bit sick of hearing every week so clearly they?re using old data to cold call people to sel

I did not catch the name of the company but they reported Ihad been in an RTA and asked me to confirm. I asked them to confirm the date and they refused so I explained that I had short term memory loss and they would have to remind me when it happened. They put the phone down!!
