As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. This number along with different 4 digit extension numbers on the end can call me up to 3 times a day. I finally answered one of them to tell them to stop ringing but it is automated and they dont say who they are. I ended the call as they ask you to press a number to proceed but I daren t!
