Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.
Same problems as the other comments on here. Ordered a bumper and it was to be sprayed white, arrived and the paint was flaking off, a five year old could have done a better job. Endless emails that dont get replied to, endless calls where they fob you off and say the manager Chris will call back never does. Automated message telling me my national insurance number is being suspended because it has been linked to various illegal activity and I need to press 1 to speak to an officer if I want to avoid my property being seized and myself arrested. They must think I was born yesterday as I have no intention of pressing 1 where I suspect I would be asked for lots of personal information and a payment to clear a debt I don’t have. I blocked the number instead.

They ve called several time despite our numbers being TPS registered abd their being explicityly asked not to call us. It a pity the law doesn t provide for significant penalties. Fines and compensation of a few million pounds would soon stop them.
