This number is calling at least twice a day. How do I stop this?

I was called from this number but only got a dialling tone when I answered. Checking the number on other sites, I found it had been reported as dangerous by a number of people.

I am registered with TPS and received an incoming call. The number is now blocked on my mobile, but they will simply change the incoming number to something else in a month or so. My list of blocked numbers is now around 40, a lot of those being duplicated by the same companies. They need to be regulated against, but when you can visit sites that provide a service telling you if a mobile phone is switched on or not (meaning that the mobile operators are selling this information) what hope do we have!?

Tried a free app called call zapper today! I m sure there s loads similar ones available too! Answer silently (you have to be somewhere quiet!) then press home button and really quickly open the app then hit the FAX button and it plays the fax tone down the line to them! Let s see if it results in my number being deleted from their database! Give it a try and post up here how you get on!! PS It s not my app or anything (!) just sharing something I hope will work! JL

Wish this guy would stop calling. Slurring words, calls early hours of the morning had called on quite a few occasions. Ring number back never answers, what s that all about?!

I had calls from this code in the past asking to do survey and also PPI. Now I recognise the code is from Manchester area and I just Ignore it.

They ignore the law by calling call TPS numbers. That alone makes them people you should not deal with.

Scam call claiming to be HMRC. To belive that the HMRC would contact you in this way is a bit silly. Ignore it

called on me on mobile asking my name and address and saying that I had been in an accident over the last year (I haven t) I laughed at the caller, told her I don t drive (which I don t)and don t have a car (which I don t). She insisted that I had reported an accident to an insurance company (again I haven t). Phoned my Dad with the same Microsoft rubbish quoting a serial number and saying that they would disable his computer, my Dad hung up but they rang straight back. He told them to go ahead and try to disable the computer but nothing happened. He asked for the guy s name and number and he said he was Peter Connor and quoted this number. Someone must be able to track down these scum, wherever in the world they are and lock them up!

i get a call from whoever this is practically everyday, either on my mobile or landline. i answered it once and they put the phone down. now it s beyond a joke and i need to get rid of their stupid calls!

My wife entered a competition on Heart FM where charges stated £1.00 plus your standard network rate. She then received over 200 texts from this number and £150.00 addition on our phone bill. I m still fighting this now
