Automated message that went to voicemail, American female accent pretending to be Visa. Said something about a £300 payment to Amazon and another larger one £1500? to overseas. Wanted the receiver to press certain numbers on the handset to confirm etc;

Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. Reported to the ICO

02045384523 has called me on my mobile about 10 times within 15 minutes, I answered just one time, no one replied back to me but I could hear mass talking in the background, hung up within seconds.

Part of a group of Chinese scammers currently operating a fraudulent website which was advertised by a 'recruitment agency'. Do not engage with any of them they are definitely not from the UK and will lure you into their scam.

Fraud This number has been checked several times in the last day. A call from this number (unaswered) was received late at night by a phone that has been hacked two weeks ago and the service provider seems not to have been able to put the account out of reach of the criminal, despite a great deal of correspondence with them. SCAM - rang first from a London landline. Stating this is Scorpions and I have applied for a loan for £2000 with £99 monthly repayment over 24 months. Explained I haven’t. Began insulting me after he said I should stop wasting people’s time if I don’t need the loan. Politely asked to watch his tone. Started screaming “Shut Up! Shut Up!”. Hung up. Called from the mobile number just to say “Fuck You”.

Scam exceptionally aggressive Micheal Masterson (suspect not his real name) bitcoin salesman who said to a female, quote "I'm recording this and all your calls, you are not even a human to me, I'm going to report you to the financial industry standards, you dickhead, do you want me to report you for not answering my questions?" I'd told him that I was not interested in and that I had told the previous 43 callers the same! Does the phone blocking facility ever get full? Hope not.

SCAM Called to offer IVA Debt Relief. Claiming to be from a company called Citizen Capital. Stated my name was sent to them from the government as someone who needed debt relief. They wouldn't accept that I didn't need help and I wasn't in need of debt relief - let alone an IVA!

SCAM Call from an automated voice saying they were from 'Bank Security' or some such nonsense, listing a couple of suspicious payments supposedly made from my bank account. I was directed to press a key to talk to someone but I hung up.

After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.

Researching this number I suspect it to be scammers who purport to work for Insulate Scotland. They claim to require access to your loft to inspect the air quality and insulation. Already on my blocked list after calling me a few times. SCAM
