Scam is to get Yr correct information name dob.. address and ask u for the 2 letter and 2nd 4th letter of your national insurance number then they say it does NOT match put u in fear that if u don't confirm correct details BTW now with NI BUT with 1st letter, 1st 3rd and last letter of NI. This number called me very early in the morning, then hung up when I answered. Did a 1471, and when I dialled the number back, it cem up as unrecognised. Looked it up onlline, using this website and it came up as Moretonhampstead in Devon. Definitely suspicious.

100% REAL SCAM ALERT! His name is George Williams. Together with his wife Georgia they are running a scam construction company I ended up working for. Basically what they do is hire you and not pay you what you have agreed on. So far their actions cost them dearly over the money they did not pay me in wages but the real price for their actions is yet to be paid as I no longer take scumbags to court.

SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.

I received a call from a man with a very strong accent claiming to be from BT to help speed up our broadband. The fact that he greeted me saying ?hi I?m Martin? then 5 minutes later told me his name was John Wilson, was a huge red flag. I can confirm that this is a scam call number as I called the real BT to confirm the number was not affiliated with them. Do not give out any information or allow these scammers access to your computer!
