This is considered a scam and fraud telephone as my ageing parents were contacted by this so called PPI Team, I took over the call as my parents could not understand these cold calling scammers wanted from them. I answered on their third call. Liam tried to be my friend, then wanted to know if I was insured. I thanked him for his concern, and told him the conversation was over. Then hung up.

Company called REDSTAR based in Manchester, typical call centre set up, saying they can get me refunds on PPI insurance, or cash for an accident I know nothing about... Don t give them any further personal info...Blocked.

Two calls today from this number. First call disconnected as answering. Second call asking to check contact info/ saying from Marks and Spencer. Said I would ring them myself.

Numbers starting with 07989544___ keep calling my mobile phone. I answered once and there seemed to be an automatic hang-up.

Spam call, claiming to be from BT and saying hackers have got into your computer but BT will help you to sort it out. If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.
