Voice mail message stating it was my bank and that they had noticed that I was using amazon prime and if I wanted to stop this service press 1 to speak to their amazon service desk. Needless to say I didn’t press 1 as I don’t use amazon prime. I also rang my bank and they confirmed it was a scam.

We have been called from this number by somebody claiming to be from British Gas, about an outstanding invoice. As out invoices are regularly paid on time, this is a scam to try and get card details for payment.

I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me.
