SCAM This number is called me as a HMRC, some tax is under my name and if I don’t push number 1 button on my phone, and don’t sort it, will be arrested soon.

claimed to be from the security department (but didn't say of which bank/credit card company) claimed to have identified two probably fraudulent transactions. invited me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to someone. I pressed 2, but the line went dead. Looks to me very much like a scam.

SCAM. Another call from what seems to be a call centre in Manchester. Soon as you answer the call is cut off. Probably to see if line is still active.
