Untrustworthy. Asked for my passport and driving licence details in order to retrive some funds for me. Said she had an FCA licence and was regulated. Needless to say that she promised to send me her registration details for me to check but never did. Definitely a scam.

Like others have commented, if I wanted to buy extended cover I would ask for it myself. Disappointed with this type of sales calls.
