This number called my elderly mums number, I answered, they said it was something to do with Windows then mentioned computer, I told them not to ring this number again that there was no computer at the property and to remove our number from their database, I was rudely informed that if they were to do that we would be charged, and they could ring as many times as they wished.

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:22 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. This number calls me at least once a day and although I never answer, it has become a total pain in the a*se. Therefore my recommendation is to ignore it.

This company installed new windows in my house. the job began 6 month later than they promised (9 month after ordering) so would never use again. Regardless of my a paling experience they keep pestering me regularly for more work offering costumer discount........ ..Never again.

This is a very complex scam. They use Voice recognition software and series of recorded English female responses. NEVER GIVE ANY DETAILS RE YOUR NAME< ADDRESS OR ANYTHING. THIS IS FIRST RATE FISHING. KEEP them on the line for as long as possible so they don t have time to annoy others, especially the vulnerable. Its much more fun to wind them up than come off the phone annoyed...
