This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. At this point most brokers act professionally and say "fine, keep us in mind when contract comes up" or ask for permission to call back when our energy contracts are up for re
