I had the same experience as Dani. I d cut them off as they couldn t give me any details of our BT account when they said that our internet was about to be cut off. I phoned BT and they confirmed that our internet service was ok and the call was probably a scam. I have now blocked this number

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. I have just reported them to the TPS as I have had a preference service on m line since 2006! this is the 3rd call they have made so as far as I m concerned its aggressive cold calling, if they were a decent company they would have done proper research and wouldn t be making calls to a line with a preference service on it.
