Called regarding an accident claim, for a road accident that never happened.

Since signing up for my first ever car insurance I now receive PI claims texts and now nuisance calls with no-one on the end from this company. Thanks Diamond for passing on my information without my permission!

Insurance company. Tell them you want to buy something, put the phone on a table and get on with your day, washing dishes, reading the paper, listening to the radio, say something every now and again to keep them there, waste their time, waste their money, keep em hangin on. They ll soon go away, no company can afford to have people making calls and no sales.

Had several calls from this number, answered them but nobody wanted to speak, then eventually one guy did and he explained he was calling me from The Financial services authority and he could wipe all my debt. I told him no thank you, I m not interested. He asks why? I told him I don t need to tell him why, can you please remove me from your system. He then told me to shut up!! Several times! I laughed and said yeah, alright mate! Go f*** yourself! Then he hung up! Absolute joke!

robot calls, instant disconnects when you answer. Same call has happened 3x in the last week

Had 3 calls in a space of 5 minutes when called back a beep sound and instant cut off

Person called Jack Wells called my elderly parents and tried to sell them a plug in box to stop unwanted phone calls. He had the correct details for them and their address! He asked for all bank details, sort code, acc. number and a password. Luckily they are not that stupid!!

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

the same as pete these dreadful scammers should be stopped the calls are intimidating with demand for money in my case £149 got a reminder for payment this morning have sent it back to the address (which on tracing seems to be a private house which is up for sale) return to sender, have reported this to trading standards and citizens advice was given the number for action fraud
