I am getting regular silent calls from this number even though I am registered with the TPS. I have now tracked them down and the number belongs to a supposedly reputable charity fundraising organisation. I say supposedly reputable since no genuinely reputable company would make such a nuisance of themselves, especially on TPS registered numbers. rang several times today first time at 8am! rang it back with my number withheld and silence on the end followed by few click noises so ended call and blacklisted the numer

Facts International say they never make sales calls, which may be correct, but if they pass details on to sales organisations, those organisations are able to circumvent the law on TPS by saying you responded to a survey and expressed an interest in.. . Following such a survey by Facts International, I receive numerous sales calls on my home number despite TPS. I am now receiving calls from this number on my mobile and will not be responding...

They called I answered, they hung up and when I attempted to call back the phone went dead. Several attempts were made to return there call as I am very security aware. However as no msg or call was made to my house I assume its a PPI or cold calling scam. I will retract any commets if I find they are untrue for now my view is dont bother to answer.
