In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. SCAM This is a number that calls impersonating HMRC. A recorded message may be played mentioning the name Dennis Grey and asking to be called back.
They did not sound like they were in an office, the phrase was "Oh yeah, I called you about claiming money back from PPI, you done that yet?" Ironically I do need to claim some back but the unprofessional-ism scared me off of them.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
