I revieved a call from ISS, financial something, claiming there s a case against. they might settle it for a fee, of course. If I don t pay the police would pay me a visit. FRAUD !!!

This is a third tier debt collection agency that purchase debt when the original referee cannot collect due to inadequate evidence.

This number also called me expecting me to discuss my pension with them, I said like hell and hung up on them

Phoned at 6.16pm then constant female voice saying ha ha ha

No idea who these people are, they called me on my mobile and asked for a man I ve never heard of.. I cut them off immediately afterwards because I didn t want to be charged in case it was an expensive number.

Appears to be an Internet Service provider scam - claiming to cut your service within 24 hours.

Over the past two or three years I have told them several times not to call me, and to delete my details from their database. They state that they will and it will take a few weeks. My definition of a few weeks is roughly around a month. Their definition is obviously a lot longer - I left them about three years ago, and they still insist on calling me and sending me junk mail. This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it.
