SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Today 12.11. 1.35pm have received a call from this number. Scottish Power guy start asking questions about who is my supplier for gas and energy and trying to persuade me to switch for saving money. The very noisy background at the other end and too many questions made me feel very suspicious. Hung up the phone and added the number to my blocked numbers list.
