Likely scam. They rang me. I picked up but didn't say anything into the phone. They didn't say anything either and then hung up. I always answer in this way when I receive an unexpected phone call from an unfamiliar number. Legitimate callers always say "hello" and try to get a response. Scammers hang up. It happens every time!

This was an automated call claiming to be from a bank (unspecified), warning me about two purchases through Amazon, on my bank card. I had a similar call for a local number earlier in the day. I didn't click 1 or 2 to authorise or to get help. Apparently the number is a landline in Bangalore!

Im constantly being rang/harrassed by this number.
SCAM amazon scam. Recorded message telling my Amazon prime has been stopped. I did not listen to the rest of the message as I don't have Amazon prime.
They told me that they are from Boost Energy (I m not sure) and talked me about prepaid smart meter, cheap tariffs and other stuff. I ll call my supplier if I want change my current offer.
Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. Called from opus. Claiming I owe a debt from 2008-2019 for Northumbrian water. Considering I was 18 and living at home at the time I explained this was untrue. I was then told it was from an address I lived in on 2015 but they dated it 2008? I was then called back to tell me it was for 3 different addresses, one of which I did not live in at any of the time stated??
