I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. I have just had a call from this number - a man with an Asian accent (possible Indian) asking me about my computer,. saying there was something wrong with it, and he wanted to sort it out for me. I put the phone down, but he tried ringing back twice more.

SCAM.. spoke to two men both with very strong foreign accents who's English was very poor could barely understand what they was saying. They tried saying they worked for sky and that my broadband had flagged problems over to their head office so wanted me to go on my laptop so they could show me. I immediately checked my sky account through the legitimate app on my phone and ran tests which all came back fine.. all felt dodgy right from the off and when asked to go on my laptop I hung up..

Just not sure if this is junk or not
Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.

Accepted the call but didn t say anything, the automated system waits for the word "Hello" before reeling off their rubbish to you. The call stayed silent before cutting itself off. Added this number, along with a few others, to my SPAM entry in my address book.

0161 820 3548 First Response accident claims @ 3.24pm on 26th May 2016 Man just called me with the same accident response claim cr*p as others have reported.
