Unknown caller looked it up to discover Chinese writing! So definitely not legit!
Left a voicemail after I missed the call. It was regarding a complaint i had emailed to sainsburys. The woman who a Scottish accent let me know they are sending out a letter containing a voucher and apologising for any inconvenience etc caused. Looking at the comments it s simply a call centre th at takes on out sourced work from various companies.

Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.
Number is Door2Tour coach company. Calling me to see if I needed any further help after registering on their website.
