I am getting regular silent calls from this number even though I am registered with the TPS. I have now tracked them down and the number belongs to a supposedly reputable charity fundraising organisation. I say supposedly reputable since no genuinely reputable company would make such a nuisance of themselves, especially on TPS registered numbers. This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one. When I ring this number it says it is an old number. My 11 year old was with her when they last called and he said they were very pushy and kept asking her to confirm bank details.

This number keeps calling me I have it blocked but somehow it gets through. I answer it and can here people in the background and a lady says hello then hangs up. When I dial 1471 an automated voice said the number was not in service; this was in an American lady. This is really annoying.
