Very pushy but convincing girl at the end of the phone - said they were calling because I had entered a competition to win a trip to New York and so was eligible for ten free lines on Euro Millions. Sounded vaguely legitimate until she started asking me for personal details - date of birth, etc... "to confirm I was over 18". I was Called on the 29th Jan 2014 at 5:39pm 01772257970 called but when answered no one replied and they hanged up. When I rang them back it said their is no such number.

Called today and when I answered they hung up - sounded like an office in background - putting it down as usual scam/time wasting call.

A woman rang saying she was from St Helens; some recycleing company. Said she could get a grant for windows, doors conservatories or boilers. Said she would ring back later. Immediatley the phone went down a man rang. Think this is some kind of hard sell/ scam type of call.
