SCAM pretending to be your child and saying their phone is smashed.
The man told me he was from a credit help place, didn't offer any security checks or business name. Possible spam or fraud, doesn't make sense why a business would be calling from a mobile number either.

Stating working for carphone warehouse offering a newer phone, keeping my existing number -Scam.
Caller said he was Virgin Media Technical Department and believed I was having trouble with my internet speed. He wanted me to do a speed test but when I said that I couldn't do that he disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never phoned me in the past. As far as I'm aware, Virgin never phone customers when there's any problem so I'm rating this call as dangerous.

Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus.
