She is rude and disrespectully informal considering they want to win my business. She then get's offended when I express my anger that they are calling yet again and blow them off.

I have used them and always been happy but over 3 days ive had over 20 calls. would put me off ever using them again!! my insurance wasnt even up! I called this time a year ago inquiring for insurance for someone else in my family. after the first 3 calls today they would then only let it ring just under 2 rings!

It s 0371 231 3113 (no zero) as per your other post, and an online search suggests it s Hughes TV and Audio in Suffolk.
Received a call, but they hung up within a few seconds of me answering and without saying anything. I called the number back but the call was answered and immediately hung up.
