This number has called constantly the past few days, always on my mobile first and when I don't answer that, they ring my landline, straight away. No message is ever left, really annoying. I've now blocked the number on both my mobile and my landline - if it's important they should have left a message, so I can only assume it's a scam or aggressive sales.
Long delay when I answered. Didn't say who it was. Long pause so I hung up.

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected.
