SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. This is a scam and dangerous number if they ring you just take details, report it as fraud and scam, then hang up! ###SCAM###SCAM#FRAUD#FRA

Says they are from O2 and told me that I am getting a massive discount on my contract as I've been with them for so long. The funny thing is, I'm not even with O2 and as soon as I pointed this out (while laughing) they immediately hung up.

SCAM I believe A woman, sounding Indian, pretending to be from BT OpenReach about my internet quality We don't buy our internet from BT I suspect this was one of those "we have discovered traffic on your line caused by viruses and need to log in to your computer to fix it" scam calls. The call didn't get that far though. She hung up, probably realised that I knew what I was talking about.

Seriously I consider ALL of these calls Dangerous, each and every one of them are lowlife robbers so how can they be anything less than dangerous ? SCAM - I received an evident scam or fraud SMS text from this number on 30 June 2023, with a quite convincing message beginning “Morning mum”, and asking me to message back on another UK mobile number. Interestingly, RF President Putin was reported to be visting Dagestan [where this phone number originates?] yesterday.
