Suspicious call claiming to be from Virgin Media regarding my internet. Line quality was terrible & the agents accent was really thick, so very hard to understand her. Wanted me to download something, hung up. Confirmed with Virgin Media that no issues with my internet & this was a scam.

I wish they would leave a voicemail message when they ring. I just missed their call and as there was no message I assumed it was a scam call. we get a lot and would never ring the number back unless there was a message left saying who it was and why they were ringing. but I would ring 150 from the landline if I'd known it was virgin regarding my problem. only trouble is that you can be waiting for over an hour before you get an answer! not happy with virgin at all.

SCAM Call This is a scam number. It is a Broadband scam. They a message first states your broadband is being hacked and has large actvities being undertaken on the broadband. It then askes you to press 1 to talk to someone in the technical team. I pressed 1 and a man with an indian accent stated that i should get my computer so he can guide me on what to do to rid the broadband hackers. I hung up the phone on this request.

This is a persistent and bullying phone call centre. Every day,sometimes twice or more they call with a script about a government initiative to install heating , saving 75% on the heating bill. If you question them they become abusive and ugly. HELP.

I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered.
