This number claimed to be from BT. The person said I may have a technical error in my broadband router. I disputed it and I asked the person to give me their number so I could call them back. I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year.
