Cold call insisted there was a problem with our BT Internet, in 20+ years I've never had a BT line or phone number and have nothing from BT. The guy was quite insistant and rude when I told him so.

Called and left a message - wishing to discuss my domestic appliance insurance. These calls are at best unwanted Spam and at worst a Scam. Caller said would ring back - I've blocked the number - so will not get bothered again.
Just called now, unknown number, not in my contacts& (obviously) no message left. I'd class it as harassing.

SCAM Certainly not from within the UK and claiming to be from Citizen's advice bureau. Keep them on the phone and have some fun with them if you have the time. It's better then hanging up or getting upset.

I've been called several times from this number. My number is a Portuguese one. I didn't reply, because there's no one that could be calling me from the UK. It must be spam.
I received an automated call about some money taken from my card. If I wanted to learn more press 1 they requested. The call was from Nakhichevan Russian Federation - I never had any connection with this part of world. Must be a fraud?!

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. This number is used by an Oven-Cleaning service - I tried to use them a couple of years ago but they would never come when I wanted them to. After getting my money back from the bank I told them that I did not want their services any more. Since then I have received literally hundreds of calls, all saying that they would like to confirm a time and date for their visit - I have asked them to stop but they are relentless. I have also blocked various numbers, at least 20 but they still call.
