I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. The guy said he was from Ecosave Power, which, having read the above, was true. However, he then asked if I had received my renewal paperwork, so I asked if he could tell me who my energy supplier was (I have recently changed suppliers, so would not be expecting any renewal paperwork yet). He said he would call me back - I said no, I can hold on, so he hung up. If that s not suspicious, what is?!
