SCAM. I'm almost certain that calls from this number are a scam. They told me they were from Carphone Warehouse and that my phone was due an upgrade (it's not). When I told them that I had a year left on this contract, they told me they would pay off the rest of my contract and upgrade me to the iPhone 13 for £40 a month. I'm currently paying £50 for the iPhone 11, so this seemed a little too good to be true. When I hung up, they tried to ring me back 5 times in the space of 10 minutes.
When I stopped the call and tried using 1471, the tape was still running and over ran the call I was trying to make.

Gruff sounding guy claiming to be from Vodafone. Knew my name. I’d been chosen to receive better broadband. Didn’t sound like Vodafone customer service at all. Asked if I was the owner of property, could tell he was going to ask for my full details. Which I didn’t give. He got annoyed with me when I didn’t disclose any info.
