I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

It s a company called Expert Legal who cold called

Some kind of scam - caller claims to be from Barclays and is calling about a road accident I was involved in - news to me, don't even drive!! told them to stop scamming so...

When I picked up the phone, they just said my name and hung up!

If anybody gets a call from this number, answer it! Each time they have called it has been Coral and they have given me a £50 free bet each time.

I’m on holiday in the states and this number called me. I answered and there was no one there.

My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. Suprise however - company states had to stop trading as under investigation but investment still safe!! Have since reported to police/action fraud but feer money gone ( life savings). saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

Received a call, couldn't take it, but caller never left message so I Checked BT 1471 later, which came up with 01752365182. Called the number back, kept ringing, no reply!

Same as other comments. I was in a meeting so couldnt answer. No message left so I called them back a few minutes later and just got music.

Nuisance call to sell me call barring techniques when this is exactly what they are. Please stop them - how can anyone fall for this. How do they stay in business, if you can call it that - I think it borders on crime.
