So, I can reschedule by clicking in to an https:// site. how wonderful of them to tell me!!!!!...... SPAM call offering iPhones but when you question them they can not answer a single question because they don't understand what you are saying. I never signed up to their service and this call is illegal as I'm on the TPS and it breaches GDPR.
Had a dozen or more phone calls today. Rang back, got message "your call is important to us, please hold the line for one of our agents" then line goes silent and wait...
I don't know who this call is from, these people that call never leave a voicemail to which I find irritating, I like to know how the hell they got my number.

**SCAM** Same as last review - called from 'Vodafone' & said someone had changed my phone number. Recieved text with code during the call. I asked him to call me back in 30 mins, he said "why, are you busy"? He couldn't verify he was from Vodafone and said they'd send an email (not recieved an hour later..). Checked my Vodafone account and no activity. TBH I'm used to being ripped off by Vodafone but at least I can see it happening :)
