BT never call you unless you have asked them to!

Said they were BT. Lots of background noise so I challenged with "sounds very noisy for BT". Said that I used to be a BT customer and they wanted to offer me deals to welcome me back. I asked when their records indicated I was a BT customer (they didn t know). They asked about my package. I told them Virgin TV/phone/internet and they kept upping my speed of internet. They said "You re on fibre optic then?" I confirmed I was happy with Virgin so the call ended.

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. Just had a call from this number. He asked to speak to the Company Director. When I said he was out and asked if I could help, he slurred/mumbled something about a Business Consultant and hung up. I didn t get either his name or the company name.

Annoying and persistent claims company who continue to call even after you tell them that you haven t even been in an accident. I have asked to be taken off their data base but this has not happened.

Had a call using this phone number. They would not leave a voicemail.

NEVER call an unknown number back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will cause a large charge to be added to your bill.

Very plausible good English speaker from Call Prevention Service claiming to be working with the official Telephone Preference Service. Gave a Bournemouth address and a contact name. Selling something to block calls at about ?1.95 a month. There is no such number. You can pay BT same amount for similar service. Suspect also data gathering. I have reported to TPS

I received 6 phone calls from this number all whilst I was on holiday in Canada. I didn t answer as I didn t know the number. No message left on any of the calls, no surprise there if this is a marketing call. I have man iPhone and I blocked the number after the 1st call because it showed on my phone that the number was 011 44 843 381 0443 and came via Conway, SC, United States. However I continued to receive the other 5 calls.
