Got a call today from some guy asking for me by name (which I didn t acknowledge - I never do.) I immediately asked who was calling to throw him off his spiel, unfortunately he mumbled his "company" which sounded like s&l legal? and immediately launched into his sales patter regarding the mis-selling of PPI. I let him ramble on for a few then interrupted him by saying I worked in the banking industry and could run rings round him with regards this. RECORDED MESSAGE TO INFORM ME MY CARD HAS BEEN USED FOR AMAZON £300 AND AN INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION £1100 Obviously there was 2 options press 1 to verify transactions were OK, Press 2 to speak to an operator. I went for option 3 and just hung up.
