I have had so many calls from this number on my mobile and home phone

When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. Whe I said "I beg your pardon" he told me to stop begging like a F...ING dog and to answer his F...ING questions. Who can I report this to in a more official capacity ? 101 ?
Called 3 times this morning and when I picked up it hangs up. Gives me a weird feeling about what is behind this practice. Are they checking for live phone numbers for other call centres?

having repeated calls from these, yes I do owe them money at the moment, but after years of paying without any problems this is the first time I have been one payment behind. SPAM The caller - who had an Indian accent - claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse. When I said I had no connection to Carphone Warehouse, she said this was a promotion call about some Samsung mobile. I doubted whether it was from Carphone Warehouse. Anyway, I said I was perfectly happy with my Nokia phone and hung up.
