Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. I received the call but was too slow to speak to the sender. I tried ringing back but was told that the mail box was full. I guess this is a scam number.

This is a persistent and bullying phone call centre. Every day,sometimes twice or more they call with a script about a government initiative to install heating , saving 75% on the heating bill. If you question them they become abusive and ugly. HELP.
