Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. I have had repeated call about 10 per day from the same number, 2 types of calls 1. as per above , that i owe money on credit cards 2. that the government has set up an scheme where they are freezing monthly interest payments on CC or store cards and if you have these cards you can just make a monthly payment to them instead . as i am a financial advisor i keep them talking for ages (appearing to be a bit non financial) after all it runs up their phone bill, then i wrap them in knots using my knowledge,

Scam National Insurance Scam saying NI number has been compromised. Automated message, no doubt wanting the victim of the call to press one to be connected to scammers. I put the phone down when I heard the message and cut off the call. Having seen resent warnings about this scam, I was already aware of it. Don't act on the call and hang up. Government bodies don't call people in this way. BEWARE. DANGEROUS.

I recieved a text message from this number, claiming to be from the post office about a parcel that had to be redelivered. Everything looks real except for the part that is asking me £2.10 for redelivery. The postoffice never ask money to redeliver a package. They say because of covid19 they wont leave a note anymore when they are at your door. That's a lie. Be careful!
