They now have a new number - 0800 4 11 88 99. Like many others I took out 3 years cover on a machine I no longer have. Tried cancelling over the phone but was informed I had to write in to obtain a refund. Did that a week ago but no confirmation of received so I tried phoning several times this morning but after seven minutes a voice says "Goodbye" and the call terminates. Judging from the ringing it is on a hunt group but nobody picks up. Looks like CAB is the next stop.

I get at least 5 calls from them every day. They are really stubborn and they want to know every sell-able information about you. I have requested to them about 10 times that I am not interested, please opt me out, but they just don t give a damn about my privacy or respect my decision of not giving out the information I am not comfortable in giving! This caller wanted to claim back my PPI. He said they took 30% plus VAT with a no gain no fee guarantee. He started to ask questions that I will never discuss on the phone so I was immediately suspicious.
