Strange one this .....actually shows I called them on my mobile bill....[ but as 001 800 103 45454, which shoes as international number ..USA / Canada ??? ..I co-incidence ??] Not sure how this happened but suspicious .....some scam ..
The calls are not from Manchester; the scammers cam spoof any number they like.

Reckon they re from my mobile provider but then go on to ask if im pay monthly or pay as you go, clearly a scam......
No Answer when picked up. eventually a recorded 'Goodbye', so probably either either checking my number is live or expecting people to bring back if their answerphone picked up the message and its assumed an important call missed.
Caller hangs up before you answer if you ring back it is a "you could Win £5000...press 1 bla bla" do not call back block this number.

Scam number impersonating virgin money. I received a text which appeared to be from virgin money “this is your one time passcode to debit your account (amount) to pay (company). If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.

Dropped what I was doing & raced downstairs to answer persistent call. Man with an unidentifiable accent garbled something against a cacophony of background noise sounding like the Call Centre from Hell. I asked him to repeat his sentence. These maggots keep calling-every few weeks. They claim to be 00Z Group-operating out of Lichtenstein .
