Only rang twice and stopped before I answered. Googled it and found this site which I m grateful for as I ve now blocked the number. These people should be shut down.

Left long message on answering mach. Serious law suit against me unless I rang. Robotic voice, Americanized pronunciation & legal phrases. Did not specify name of myself or partner. Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back. Called to say I had been in an accident, I informed them that I had actually passed away in the accident and they promptly hung the phone up - Obviously they did not want to talk to a ghost!

Getting a whole spree of unsolicited calls on my business cell phone. Clearly this is another one wantonly interrupting my working day. I am investigating an APP that automatically puts all known numbers to the blocked caller list.

A female voice answered and said I am being sued. I put the phone down thinking it was a scammer. But 1471 revealed it was a genuine number. Who could it be.

Older person came out of hospital today to find call from this number purporting to be from "Lisa at HMRC" and saying that there is a serious lawsuit against the person and he must ring the number :( :( Person is registered with TPS.

This was a call from Reassured Insurance, following my request for an online quote. No online quote given but follow up phone calls from a local number in my area. They do not seem to have any office in my local area. I would not deal with a company that uses such tactics.

"James Brown" from Belfast with a thick indian accent and didn t know the address of the company he worked for trying to push a "Government" boiler scheme. Total scam!

Just tell em the jobs done but there is blood everywhere.

I have received five calls today (all to my answerphone). The numbers were initially from Mumbai and finally ended with 01825 371251. No messages were left and it is my guess ...
