SCAM number, called & left half a voicemail, one of the digitally altered or recorded voices (British) something about the card attached to my Amazon account being charged and if I wanted to cancel the charge to call the number. 25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. I had a similar call a couple of months ago from a guy called Martin (by his accent a long shot on this being his real name) Claiming to be from D&G about renewing insurance cover. same as previous reports on this same number I too was called on mobile , did not recognise number and also do not answere any unknown numbers especially with 0845 Called me and never left a message. Rang it back and a voice message states the number is not in service
Repeated calls over a period of a month. Then switched to UNKNOWN number and continued to call. Each caller was direct and rather nasty. When I called them up on the fact they got rather hostile and continued to call.
