Very poor line. A caller with a strong Indian accent claimed to be calling from BT claiming that somebody had been using my internet connection without my permission. I have had various calls of this nature from other numbers recently, one of them asking for remote access to my computer. They hung up when I told them that I had recently checked the hub admin screen and had seen no evidence of misuse.
Voice Group have been contracted by VW UK to chase up all of those sensible enough not to have had the Diesel emissions fix applied to their car. They re looking to get you booked in ASAP. They have promised to stop calling if you explain why you don t want the fix.
