I was called by this number this morning. They told me they were calling regarding my licence from MICROSOFT being lapsed. They told me they would be able to renew my licence and could show me how to remove hackers from my laptop. I allowed these people access to my laptop thinking I was removing the hackers and viruses from the laptop. They gained access to my files and I have had money removed from my bank account (now closed).

Called by this number, I answer they don’t speak. I call back and get absused. I am registered for TPS but it doea nothing to block these ignorant call centre jobsworths. This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but as written previously for similar numbers, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All the numbers are of the same range 020347621xx - some of them were already reported as being used by call centre calling for non-profit (NSPCC - check them at http://www.nspcc.org.uk/), Marie Curie, charities, fund raising... I was called by 01131132840 today 15/12/14, Indian sounding lady, telling me she has been tracking my use an can see my Computer has various problems, virus etc and that she can help me, usual rubbish. knowing that she was going to try and access my PC to either download virus or steal my personal info I asked her sarcasticaly do u need to remotely access my computer?! She answered I m not saying that and immediately hung up on me!
