Woman called to say "We have been informed you were in a road traffic accident which wasn t your fault, can you tell me when this happened?". I said "Who told you this?" She repeated the above? I repeated my question. She said "The RPA" or "The RTA". I asked if this was an official government agency and she said "Yes". I asked which part of government and she said "Yes". I was contacted by these people and when I pointed out that my number was registered with the TPS I was told this it was not a sales call but an advisory call! I have made a written complaint pointing out that they are breaking the Claims Management Regulation rules and that I will be reporting them to the Regulator. I have also reported them to the ICO.

SCAM They left a voicemail saying something about me not being able to use my national insurance number anymore. The voicemail was a digital voice and the message was incomplete. Tried calling back as I always like to wind them up but they didn't answer. I've blocked their number and if it was genuine then I'm sure they'll find another way to communicate with me.

Not one speaks, blocked the number and now it just goes onto voice mail where it's hung up within seconds or once there was music left on the voice mail.
