This call was made from near Trafalgar Square London.Said my washing machine insurance for Beko washing machine had run out.And wanted me to renew it. Don t have a Beko washing machine.

Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

These are debt collection agents they work for HMRC and are relentless threatening and pushy.

Had two calls from this number this afternoon and twice yesterday

Has called a number of times without leaving a message.

This was a recorded message to say illegal activity had been on my internet which would be cut off in 24 hours. I was to press 1 to speak to someone. Clearly an attempt to get into my computer so cut it off.

When queried about their location they hung up..

Older person came out of hospital today to find call from this number purporting to be from "Lisa at HMRC" and saying that there is a serious lawsuit against the person and he must ring the number :( :( Person is registered with TPS.

I had my details sold by Car Phone Warehouse, after buying phones....... told ICO hope someone does something as in their terms and conditions there is wording relating to this, but no opt in or opt out..... it s just wrong, I pay for a service, a phone and then they sell my details on.... why .... never ever have I had such texts/ calls as I do now all within a day of purchasing something from their site...

Hearing Clinic informed them to stop calling me and take me off their database

PPI claim company, said they got our details from a lifestyle survey but we never participate in these to avoid unwanted calls. Clearly lying, and from the number of people complaining I hope we ll see TPS/ICO take action and fine them.

Just had a phone call as above stating that HRMC were taking a lawsuit out on me. Yet another scam !!

Number belongs to an employee from Retro Consulting AKA Unique Client Solutions, a dodgy marketing company based in Nottingham & Sheffield who post misleading job adverts which make it look like you could be going into a good sales job with a career path when in fact it s commission only with no minimum wage.

Left long message on answering mach. Serious law suit against me unless I rang. Robotic voice, Americanized pronunciation & legal phrases. Did not specify name of myself or partner. Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back. Just received a call from these people claiming to be providing access to some sort of discount club and that they would send a welcome pack in the post. They asked how many holidays I have a year and whether they are abroad or not (in hindsight maybe that’s to determine disposable income). They asked who I bank with and I refused to answer.
